This recipe is very simple, but the mix of savors feels like you are out of this world, the taste is intense and at the same time subtle, and does not require time or experience cooking at all. I really love it!
Besides, it is composed of healthy ingredients: fats, proteins, species, and probiotics, it is gluten-free, soy-free, paleo-friendly, and keto.
I think you can make it in the summer season and is good also as comforting food in the winter, spring o fall seasons, only you have to warm up the yogurt sauce with the shrimps before it is served.
DELICIOUS CREAMY SHRIMPS WITH YOGURT-AVOCADO SAUCES (Paleo, Glute-Free, Keto)

Time to prepare the sauces: 10-15 min
Total Time: 20 min
The recipe makes 2 servings
Ingredients for the Shrimps:
- 1 pound of raw shrimps clean and deveined
- 1/2 teaspoon of herbs of Provence
- 2-3 finely minced garlic cloves or 1 teaspoon of dry.
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt (add more to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (add more if you want or leave it out)
- 2 tablespoons of ghee, butter, virgin coconut oil, or others you like.
Instructions for the Shrimps:
In a skillet, melt the oil, to medium-high temperature, throw the minced garlic until fragrant, and then put all the ingredients.
Saute and stir them for about 5 minutes.
Set them aside while you prepare the yogurt sauce.

Instructions for the Yogurt Sauce:
- 1 cup of yogurt of your choice (I used coconut)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley or cilantro leaves, or 1/2 teaspoon of dry.
- 1 stalk of celery, finely minced
- Dash of salt, more to taste
- Dash of black pepper
- Dash of cayenne pepper or other hot sauce (you can leave it out)
Instructions for the Yogurt Sauce:
In a bowl mix all the ingredients.
2 ways: Throw the cooked shrimps on the yogurt sauce and stir well, to eat fresh, or
put the yogurt sauce over the shrimps in the skillet and warm them up together.
Ingredients for the Avocado Sauce:
- 1 avocado
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- Dash of salt
- Dash of black pepper
Instructions for the Avocado Sauce:
Mash the avocado and put it into the other ingredients.
Assembling the dish:
In a bowl or a plate, but first the creamy shrimps, over the avocado sauce, and on this tomato pesto (optional).
Enjoy with white rice or cauliflower, plain, with salad, mine was served with a rich salad of asparagus and toasted cashews.
