Substitute for Worcestershire Sauce ( Paleo, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, Additives-Free, Vegan)

If you are used to using the Worcestershire Sauce, you know that it magnifies your food but many of them have sugar or fructose corn syrup, corn starch, or soy sauce. This substitute is very rich to add to your food if you don´t want to add anything that can hurt your gut and does not have any wrong ingredient, to neither additives nor preservatives.

The base of this sauce is Coconut Aminos from Coconut Secrets, this is made for the pure organic coconut sap, naturally aged by sun-dried, is an abundant source of amino acids, vitamins, and minerals, is soy-free, GMOs and MSG-free, gluten-free, and paleo and AIP-friendly, it´s salty with mineral-rich sea salt, has 90 gr of sodium per teaspoon, but less than the soy sauce, slightly sweet, with the low glycemic index, and this is a good replacement for soy sauce.

  7. 2 tablespoons of onion powder
  8. 2 tablespoons of garlic powder

  10. Pinch of ground cloves (optional)
  11. Pinch of cayenne powder or sriracha sauce (optional)
  12. 1/4 teaspoon of fresh ground pepper (optional)
Instructions:

In a bowl mix well to combine all the ingredients.

Pour mix into a glass container with a lid, and bring to the fridge for up to 1 month.

Shake well before using it.

Because you rarely use too much of this sauce, you can make half of the recipe, or duplicate it, or you should pour it into small molds, like chocolate molds or anything you have on hand, once frozen, they can be put in an airtight container. Take one or more out when you are ready to cook with it.

The recipe makes around 1 1/2 cups.
Time to make it: 5 min

Enjoy!
