Gluten-Free-Paleo Triple Chocolate Brownies (Nut-free, Grain-free)

I love chocolate like many of you, but for me, dark is the best of all kinds of chocolates.

I was not a fan of brownies because they are most dense and very chewy, I think they are heavy on my stomach, but instead of, I have been enjoying more, moist and soft chocolate cakes made by myself.

Since I changed my diet, I was looking to satisfy the sweets that I love, for healthier options. I taste some of the gluten-free brownies, and  I Would like to share this recipe with you, so, you can feel the mouth-watering in front of that goodness, like me and my family.

This recipe is rich in flavor, has healthy ingredients, is not dense at all, but is moist, and falls apart in your mouth, and the best of all does not require time and specific utensils to make it.

The organic raw cacao powder is one of the healthiest food around the world, loaded with antioxidants, is made by cooling and pressing the unroasted beans, removing the cacao butter in them, the beans are ground keeping intact the wonderful properties of them, they have more nutrient-dense, like magnesium, iron, sulfur, phenylethylamine, and calcium than cocoa, that is made by roasting the beans.

Some of these health benefits of raw cacao powder are: improves the quality of mood, lessens the risk of stroke and coronary diseases, could treat diarrhea, reduces your weight, fights anemia, preserve nerves and muscles functions, gives you energy, and glows your skin.

This is the first recipe of brownies I share with you today, stay tuned for other recipes.

You can store them in an airtight storage container for up to 2-3 days at room temperature, or put them in your fridge for several days. If you want, warm it or put it directly in your mouth, anyway, will be an amazing treat.
