As you can see on the internet, there are a lot of vegetable juices to make today,  dry to mix with water, milk, etc., or you can make them fresh. You should consume those veggies as a part of your meal daily, as raw salads, on the stews, cooked on a skillet or in the oven, stir-fry, etc.

These juices are perfect for breakfast, even as a substitute for a meal. depends on what you put in them. You should buy organic vegetables and fruits, the non-organic ones are loaded with fertilizer and chemical compounds that harm and affect us, interrupting the proper function of the body.

I have made a lot of them, is very simple to do and you can feel the body fuels with important and healthy vitamins, healthy fats, minerals, carbohydrates, fibers, and proteins and this is what the food is about, first at all to protect, keeps, and nourish inside our bodies to then it can also, protect us from the outside. 

The vegetables and fruits are very powerful, they give us the daily requirements we need to maintain a strong body, the proteins are crucial keeping and strengthen bones, organs, tissues, skin, hair, muscles, they give us the energy that the cells need, work to repair, protect and regenerate them.

I am mentioned here some of the benefits of organic virgin coconut oil, it has healthy saturated fats (lauric,, capric, and caprylic acids),  makes improvement in our body reducing inflammation, has antiviral, hormonal balance, antifungal, and antibacterial properties enhances the brain function and memory, reduces ulcers, helps lose weight and belly fat, prevents the spike of high blood sugar and blood pressure, protects the liver, reduce arthritis and helps boost our metabolism. 

The pineapples are powerful, they give us essential minerals and vitamins, they are a nutrient-dense food, helping us lose weight, have a bunch of fiber, the bromelain in them, helps aid in digestion, wounds infected, arthritis, sinuses issues and have immune booster properties.

The kale and spinach are leafy dark green, they are very strong in nutrient content, are rich in minerals like lutein and zeaxanthin, iron, potassium, manganese, phosphorus, calcium, folate, magnesium, copper, vitamins A, K, C, B6, niacin, riboflavin, thiamin, pantothenic acid, omega 3, polyunsaturated and saturated fats, carbohydrates, calories, fiber, and protein.

Depends on what you have on hand, you can do any variation, they are tastier to others, but you can adjust to what´s you like more. 

This specific juice helps you detoxify your body and lose weight while energizing and clean out your entire gut. It's good to drink it when you were and a party or at any celebration when we eat a lot of mixed foods, but you can use it also as part of your diet.

Preparation time: 5-10 min.
Make 2 large glasses of 12 oz each.

  1. 2 cups of spinach fresh or frozen                                                       
  2. 2 cups of kale fresh or frozen
  3. 1 1/2 cup of pineapple
  4. 1/ 2 big cucumber
  5. 1 tablespoonful of organic virgin coconut oil
  6. 1 scoop of dry bone broth protein  (17-20 gr protein) or any you like it
  7. 1/2 - 1 cup coconut milk (depends on thick you want)
  8. 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger or a little piece of fresh
  9. 1/8 cayenne pepper
  10. 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric
  11. Pinch of Himalayan salt

Chop the pineapple, cucumber (it is organic, you can put it with the skin).

Take your blender and throw all the vegetables, coconut milk, and oil, a pinch of salt, cayenne pepper, turmeric, ground or fresh ginger, and bone broth protein and mix them up. the time your blender needs it.

If you like colder put ices in it and enjoy!
