Homemade Cranberry-Orange Sauce (Paleo, Gluten-Free, Vegan)

Happy Thanksgiving Day you all!

The famous Cranberry sauce that most people like is accompanied by the turkey. There are a lot of recipes today, some more savory than others.

The contrast between the tart taste of them and the sweet that you add provides a full savor that makes your mouth exploit of tastiness when you serve at the top of the turkey or a chicken.

The Cranberries are native to North America. They have a lot of nutrition and benefits, they surpass other fruits and vegetables. I am going to name some of the nutrition facts of them.

They improve the immune function of our bodies. they are a good source of vitamins and minerals like Manganese, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin E, Copper, Pantothenic Acid, and Fiber. also, phytonutrients and antioxidants: Benzoic Acid, Anthocyanins, Epicatechin and Quercetin that has proven to reduce the heart diseases,, reduce allergies, reduce the risk of Alzheimer's disease and cancer, they are powerful on antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties that help with the urinary infection like cystitis. They balance the bacterias in the digestive tract, enhancing the good bacteria, cleanse, and detoxifying all your body.

That said, we should all use them more regularly to take advantage of their benefits and not wait to eat them on "Thanksgiving Day" only.

I tasted a lot of them, but this one I like most, plus it does not have a lot of sweetness and the honey is not like sugar,  provides health benefits and nutritional values and cinnamon helps to control the spike of the sugar in our bodies, also it does not has any binder or flour in it, so it´s gluten-free.
